Each person over the age of 18 who wants to live in the community will need to fill out an application (PDF). We process the applications through American Tenant Screening, which provides us with a report on each applicant. Included in the report are a credit history, criminal history, and eviction history/public records. We also contact the most recent landlord for a reference, as well as the current employer to verify income.
There is a fee of $25.00 per person over the age of 18 or $35.00 per married couple. You may submit the application by fax, mail or drop it off in person at our office.
We can accept phone payment by Visa or MasterCard but you may also pay by cash, check, or money order by mail or in person.
